PC Setup

If you have purchased a pc or laptop from anywhere, we are happy to visit you at home and set up your new kit from scratch.

We can take it out of the box and wire it all for you.
Install your broadband, printers etc.
Set up the software for you from activating your windows installation to configuring your anti virus software.
We can also recommend programs and show you how to use them.
From basic use like turning it on and off to surfing the internet and sending emails.

Once you know the basics, its just down to practice. The more you play with it, the more you can teach yourself.

If you have purchased a PC for your son or daughter (essential if they are starting exams etc) we can help you to understand the basics, so you can monitor the use of the PC and advise you about safety online.

If you have had a PC before we can usually transfer your old documents and photos etc from the old computer to your new one for you.
